1. Return Window

You have exactly 30 days from the date of package delivery to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a successful return and full refund, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging, complete with all tags, labels, and protective wrapping intact.
  • Proof of purchase (your order confirmation email or order number) must be provided.

3. Free Return Shipping & No Restocking Fees

  • Return Shipping Cost: 100% FREE. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email once your return is approved. You do not need to pay for return shipping.
  • Restocking Fee: $0.00 USD. We do not charge any restocking fees, administrative fees, or handling fees for processed returns.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our support team at info@meetue.shop with your order number and a brief reason for the return (attaching photos if the item is defective).
  2. Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with explicit drop-off instructions.
  3. Print the label, attach it securely to the original package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location. (Do not send packages back to the address on the parcel without consulting us first).

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your return parcel is received at our facility and undergoes inspection, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the product.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 10 business days. Please note that banking institutions or credit card issuers may take additional days to post the balance to your account.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect product, contact us immediately at +61 (485) 834-024 so we can rectify the issue immediately via an expedited free replacement or full refund.
