At Meetue, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely, secure, and transparent manner. We currently focus our shipping services exclusively on the United States market. Please review our shipping timeline and terms below.
1. Shipping Cost
We offer Free Shipping on all orders delivered to the United States. There are no minimum order thresholds, no hidden handling fees, and no surprise costs at checkout.

2. Order Timeline & Delivery Windows
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time / New York). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing on the following business day.
- Order Handling & Processing Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and sorting.
- Transit & Transit Time: 7 to 13 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This is the duration it takes for the package to travel from our fulfillment center to your delivery address.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 to 16 Business Days from the date of purchase.
3. Order Tracking
Once your package is handed over to our shipping carriers (such as USPS, FedEx, or DHL), a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address within 24-48 hours. You can track your order live via our website or directly through the carrier's platform.
4. Address Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@meetue.shop within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order enters the handling phase and a tracking number is generated, we cannot modify or halt the delivery.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged during transit, or if tracking indicates it has been lost, please contact our support team immediately at +61 (485) 834-024 or email us. We will initiate an inquiry with the carrier and arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
